We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in providing high-quality rehabilitation care to patients with various physical disabilities. This role involves developing treatment plans, collaborating with healthcare teams, and contributing to patient recovery. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with physical disabilities and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients under supervision. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and recovery outcomes. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and post-discharge care. Participate in case discussions and departmental meetings. Skills and Qualifications MBBS degree from a recognized institution. Completion of an internship and relevant training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Basic understanding of rehabilitation techniques and patient care protocols. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and healthcare teams. Ability to perform physical assessments and diagnose rehabilitation needs. Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation practices.
