What would you be doing here? Event Management: Plan, organize, and manage on-ground marketing events, college activations, and awareness drives. Campus Marketing : Visit medical colleges to engage with students, share promotional materials, and promote the Marrow brand. Brand Awareness : Build visibility and recall of the Marrow app through creative on-ground activities and campaigns. Relationship Building : Establish and maintain relationships with students, faculty, and college authorities to facilitate ongoing collaboration. Field Operations : Regular travel to assigned cities and campuses for App Demo, sessions, and field event execution and outreach initiatives. Team Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and align on marketing goals. Feedback Collection : Gather insights from the field to help refine outreach strategies and improve student engagement. New user onboarding : Onboard new users by increasing app installs at campus events. What are we looking for? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, enthusiastic, and people-oriented personality. Willingness to travel frequently for college visits, events, and campaigns Experience in field marketing, event coordination, or student outreach. Ability to travel frequently and manage tasks independently. Organized and detail-oriented approach to planning and execution. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or experience in event management is a plus. Bonus Skills: Canva, ability to speak multiple regional languages.
