They're looking for a motivated UI/UX Design Intern to join their onsite team in Pune. This is a full-time internship for 3-6 months, with the potential for a full-time offer. Role Overview: As a UI/UX Design Intern, you'll be at the center of crafting intuitive and visually compelling experiences for stakeholders from building interfaces to gamified dashboards, your contributions will shape how users engage with NeuraMach.AI's cutting-edge technology. What You'll Do: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and AI engineers to design end-to-end user flows. Create responsive interfaces for web and mobile — from low-fidelity wireframes to polished UI prototypes. Conduct usability testing and apply research insights into design improvements. Contribute to and refine NeuraMach.AI's internal design system, ensuring consistency and accessibility. Stay up to date with design trends, edtech UX best practices, and innovative UI patterns. What We're Looking For: A strong sense of aesthetics and empathy for users. Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools. Understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and mobile-first design. Visual design skills: layout, typography, color theory, and composition. Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines. Self-motivated with attention to detail and openness to feedback. Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML/CSS) or design-to-development workflows. Experience with Webflow, Wix, or similar tools. Motion/interaction design using tools like Lottie or After Effects. Exposure to gamified, AI-driven, or VR-based UX design is a plus. Who You Are: A current student or recent graduate in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
