Role & responsibilities : We are looking for a Flutter Developer who is passionate about building high-quality mobile applications. As part of a fast-growing startup, youll be expected to take ownership, solve real-world problems, and deliver pixel-perfect user experiences. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. Translating UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive, and pixel-perfect interfaces. Integrating RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDKs. Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code. Managing the complete app lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, and support. Collaborating with designers, backend developers, and other team members. Troubleshooting issues and resolving bugs quickly and efficiently. Taking ownership of projects and delivering without frequent supervision. Preferred candidate profile: We are specifically looking for someone who: Has 2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and has built at least 3 production-grade apps (excluding hobby projects :) ) . Is excellent at implementing UI exactly as per design specs (near pixel perfection). Is self-driven , takes ownership, and doesn't rely on constant handholding. Possesses strong problem-solving skills and a startup mindset. Is confident in handling complex Flutter development tasks independently. Has experience with REST APIs , Firebase , and mobile app deployment processes. Has familiarity with version control (Git) and agile workflows. (Bonus) Has working knowledge of Node.js , MongoDB , and backend/API development. (Bonus) Has exposure to cloud platforms like Firebase, AWS, or GCP.
