Networking Engineer

As a Networking Engineer at Shreenath Enterprises, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the IT and network infrastructure. Our focus is on delivering reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and maintaining network hardware such as routers, switches, access points, and firewalls. You will monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues proactively, and implement and manage network security measures. Supporting LAN/WAN/VPN configurations and services, maintaining technical documentation and network diagrams, and providing technical support to clients and internal teams will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 13 years of experience in IT Networking. A strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and VLANs is required. Familiarity with hardware from Cisco, MikroTik, Ubiquiti, etc., and certifications such as CCNA or Network+ are considered advantageous. Good communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently and in the field when required, are essential for this role.
