Key Responsibilities: Identify, generate, and follow up on leads for residential and small commercial rooftop solar plants (B2C segment). Conduct site visits, energy assessments, and understand customer requirements. Present proposals, explain technical & financial benefits, and close sales with homeowners and small business owners. Coordinate with the technical/design team for customized solar solutions. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and finalize agreements with customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat/referral business. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets in assigned territory. Stay updated on government policies, subsidy schemes, and DISCOM approvals related to solar. Participate in promotional campaigns, local events, and digital lead conversion activities. Preferred candidate profile 1. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field 2. Minimum 3 years experience in sales or business development function for the B2C solar Projects in India 3. Good understanding of different type of Solar Components and its brands 4. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and photovoltaic technology 5. Understanding of Net Metering Integration 6. Fluency in English and Hindi. Perks and benefits Working - 5 Days a Week (Saturday / Sunday - OFF) Timings - 9.30 AM to 6 PM
