Job Description

As a Network Security Lead / Network Engineer at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to leverage your experience and skills to support the world's leading organizations in unlocking the value of technology and building a more sustainable, inclusive world. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and efficiency of network infrastructure while providing high-quality technical support to users and businesses. Your responsibilities will include working with a variety of firewall platforms such as Juniper SRX, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Cisco. You must have a strong understanding of TCP/IP, IPSec, VLANs, system hardening, and troubleshooting techniques. Additionally, you will need to be flexible in supporting 7x24 operations and possess hands-on experience with firewalls, switches, and other networking equipment. In this role, you will be expected to analyze user and business needs and recommend effective solutions to meet objectives. You will also be responsible for providing responsive technical customer service via phone as the first level contact and a first/second level escalation point. Your expertise in Juniper Firewall, as well as knowledge of Palo Alto Firewall and Checkpoint Firewall, will be essential in ensuring the security and integrity of network infrastructure.
