Description
As a L4 Network Security Expert, you will be responsible for working with customer technology teams to provide guidance on the usage of network security services and their functionality. Your role will involve offering subject matter expertise on network security components such as firewalls, IPS, load balancers, and WAF to optimize service commissioning and stabilization. You will need to thoroughly understand customer application requirements from a network and security perspective and coordinate with cloud operations and provisioning teams for quick support and faster service delivery. Your technical skills should include detailed expertise in configuring and troubleshooting firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco FTD, Checkpoint, Fortinet), load balancers (F5, Radware, Citrix, A10, Array), and routing and switching technologies (Cisco Nexus, ACI, Arista, Juniper). You should have experience in designing network and security solutions for multi-tenant cloud infrastructure, working with technologies such as OpenStack, OpenShift, Nutanix, and VMWare. Additionally, you should be proficient in advanced configurations for high availability setups and routing protocols like eBGP, ISIS, and OSPF. Your key responsibilities will include working with CxO level leaders and technology leaders of customers to design network and security solutions for multi-tenant private clouds. You will collaborate with business/application support teams to design deployment architecture and ensure observability requirements are met. It is crucial to provide advanced levels of support to meet SLA/OLA/TAT parameters, identify areas for improvement, and drive automation for network security technologies. To qualify for this role, you should have exposure to F5/Citrix NetScaler load balancers, Cisco/Palo Alto/Checkpoint firewalls, and network routers and switches like Nexus and ACI. Possessing technical OEM certifications for network and security products, experience with Enterprise Service Management tools, and problem-solving skills are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal relationship management, and time management skills are also required. If you have a B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/Computers/IT/Electronics & Telecommunication or relevant streams and 15 to 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure projects and operations, preferably in data centers, large IT setups, or mission-critical IT infrastructures, you are encouraged to apply for this position.,
