Network & Security IT Infrastructure Engineer

As a Network & Security IT Infrastructure Engineer at ASSA ABLOY GSSC, you will be working closely with internal technical teams, customers, and external partners to enhance the quality and efficiency of the GSSC Network and security infrastructure. Your role will involve understanding and recommending improvements to services, ensuring effective communication with customers for service-related inquiries, and problem resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Configuration, management, and maintenance of LAN/WAN & IPsec for site connectivity - Handling tickets and requests related to Firewalls and Security technologies (Panorama, PaloAlto, ASA firewall, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Algosec) - Supervision and implementation of Zscaler for secure global connectivity solutions - Troubleshooting and updates for Remote Access solutions like PulseSecure - Implementing and troubleshooting Global Wifi technologies including Cisco Prime, Cisco WLC, Cisco AP, and Arista - Utilizing SolarWinds for infrastructure monitoring tasks - Understanding load balancing methodologies and working with F5 technologies - IP management using Infoblox for subnet assignment to production sites Qualifications Required: - 6 to 10 years of experience in a similar role - Experience with technologies such as LAN/WAN, IPsec, Firewalls, Zscaler, Remote Access, Global Wifi, Monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Load Balancing, and IP management - Experience working in a multinational company with a focus on building relationships with customers and vendors - Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and an excellent team player with a positive mindset Location: Olympia Technology Park, Chennai, India About ASSA ABLOY Group: ASSA ABLOY is a global leader in access solutions, with a commitment to creating a more open world through innovative security solutions.
