Job Description

Role & responsibilities Provide technical support to customers using Palo Alto Networks security solutions. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to firewalls, VPNs, and other network security tools. Experience with Palo Alto Networks products or similar firewall solutions. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Manage and monitor Palo Alto firewalls and security devices Knowledge and experience installing and supporting Palo Alto Security Appliances (minimum three years) Experience of installing Cisco and HP networking equipment. Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer 7-8 (PCNSE7-8) certification preferred.
