Network Security Advisor-Bluecoat

As a Zscaler - Network Security Advisor-Bluecoat at NTT DATA in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, you will play a crucial role in managing Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) to ensure smooth operations and security. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing daily operational tasks, scheduled activities, and incident queue monitoring in compliance with strict SLAs. - Modifying PAC (Proxy Auto-Configuration) files meticulously and conducting rigorous testing before production releases. - Responding to client requests and effectively resolving issues through troubleshooting calls for both ZIA and ZPA. - Identifying and isolating issues, obtaining approvals for resolutions, and contributing significantly to optimizing system efficiency. - Streamlining ZIA policies, designing and configuring App Segments, Access policies, SIPA policies, and executing PAC file modifications. - Setting up various office locations through GRE / IPSec tunnels, creating policies for SSL inspection, URL & app control, and deploying Zscaler VPN (ZPA) solution across multiple client locations. - Configuring posture profiles, monitoring general data center information, and collecting real-time device health information. - Generating executive insights reports and digital experience analytics for decision-making and strategy formulation.
