Job Title: Network Planning Associate – International Chat Process Company: Tech Mahindra Location: Sector 60, A-20, Noida Work Details: 5 Days Working Both Side Cab Facility Majorly Night Shifts (Rotational Week Offs) Experience Required: Minimum 6 months of experience in international chat support Education: Must be a Graduate (B.Tech / BCA preferred) Strong technical knowledge is a must Required Skills: Excellent written communication Knowledge of networking: LAN / WAN / Ethernet / Internet IOS Model Copper & Fiber Fiber Network Planning Familiarity with: Road Mapping Tools GIS (Geographic Information System) Tools for Network Planning Responsibilities: Handle international client queries via chat Assist in fiber layout & network planning using GIS tools Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and internet-related issues Work closely with technical teams and maintain logs Note: Looking for Immediate Joiners Only Interested candidates can share their CVs at [email protected] Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹11,403.47 - ₹55,434.15 per month Application Question(s): Current Location?
