Description
As a Network Engineer Tier-3 at unifyCX, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing network infrastructure to ensure stable and secure connectivity for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: - **Network Maintenance & Support:** - Configure, deploy, and manage WiFi networks using Ruckus, Cambium Networks, and MikroTik equipment. - Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure stable and secure connectivity. - Maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and access points. - **Network Configuration:** - Setup and configure network devices following organizational standards. - Implement and maintain network security measures to ensure compliance. - Conduct regular network maintenance, upgrades, and patches. - **Documentation & Reporting:** - Maintain up-to-date network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures. - Assist in preparing reports on network performance, downtime analysis, and optimization plans. - **User Support:** - Manage communication across both voice and non-voice channels (including email, chat, and calls). - Collaborate with field technicians and customer service teams to resolve network problems efficiently. - Handle inbound and outbound calls from field technicians and customer service agents to troubleshoot network issues. - Send mass communication updates to relevant stakeholders regarding network status, outages, or maintenance activities.
