Network Engineer TAC 3

Role Overview: As a Firewall TAC Engineer (Level 3) in Noida, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for firewall infrastructure. Your role will involve handling complex troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization tasks to ensure network security and firewall performance. Key Responsibilities: - Provide L3 technical support and troubleshooting for firewall products such as Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Check Point. - Analyze and resolve complex firewall, VPN, and network security issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for firewall design and deployment. - Implement security policies and rules in accordance with organizational standards. - Monitor firewall health, conduct log analysis, and manage incident response. - Assist in firewall upgrades, patches, and firmware updates. - Document solutions and contribute to creating knowledge base articles. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide timely updates. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Firewall TAC or Network Security support at L3 level. - Strong understanding of firewall architectures, protocols, and VPN technologies. - Hands-on experience with firewall platforms like Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Check Point. - Proficiency in analyzing logs, packet captures, and network traffic. - Knowledge of network protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, HTTP/S, IPsec, and SSL. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rotational shift environment. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
