Roles and Responsibilities

Configuring & Trouble shooting Routers, Switches, Onu, OLT
Responsibility for every customer support ticket till ticket closing
Crimping, Cabling, Wiring etc
Power Check
Splicing
Understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN terminology, IP Subnetting, IP packet flow DHCP packet flow.
Troubleshooting of all types of Customer-oriented field problems, network setting for TCP/IP, and Internet setup.
Troubleshooting all types of Hardware and software applications problems.

Qualification : B.Tech/ BCA/ ITI/ or any other related course
