We are hiring "Network Engineer L3" for one of our client based at Mumbai !!!

Designation: Network Engineer L3

A Level 3 Network Engineer (L3) with expertise in FortiGate firewalls Cisco technologies is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure, focusing on L3 networking, FortiGate configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Design and Implementation:

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including switching, routing, and firewall configurations.
• Configure and optimize FortiGate firewalls for security and performance.
• Ensure network compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:

• Troubleshoot network issues related to switching, routing, firewall configurations.
• Analyze network performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve network issues.

Documentation and Maintenance:

• Maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and change logs.
• Ensure network documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members.

FortiGate Expertise:

• Configure and manage FortiGate firewalls for security and performance.
• Understand and apply FortiGate security features and best practices.
• Monitor FortiGate performance and identify areas for improvement.

Role & responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of networking protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, STP, etc.) and technologies (VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco devices (routers and switches) .
• Hands on experience in Cisco Switches, Nexus, Data center network, Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) are highly desirable

Experience: 10+ years

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
