The role's primary objective is to offer solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business expertise to deliver client solutions effectively. Here are the key responsibilities associated with this role: - Facilitate communication and collaboration between project and support teams by leveraging techno-functional expertise. - Take charge of the end-to-end process for new business implementation projects, from managing business requirements to integration, configuration, and deployment. - Evaluate the feasibility of new change requirements, provide optimal solutions to clients with clear timelines, and offer techno-functional support for new business implementations. - Assist the solutioning team in all stages, including architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation. - Comprehend both functional and technical designs and architectures for implementation on the ERP system. - Customize, extend, modify, localize, or integrate existing products through coding, testing, and production. - Translate business processes, requirements, and ERP technology into effective ERP solutions. - Adhere to developmental standards while writing code and determining the implementation methodology. - Provide product support and maintenance for specific ERP solutions, addressing day-to-day queries and technical issues. - Develop and deploy automation tools and solutions to optimize processes and enhance efficiency. - Act as a liaison between technical and functional project requirements, offering solutions and advice to clients or internal teams. - Support on-site managers with necessary details regarding any changes and provide off-site support. In addition, the role requires continuous skill upgrading and competency building through various means such as clearing Wipro exams and internal certifications, attending trainings and seminars, and contributing to knowledge sharing by writing papers, articles, and case studies. Performance in this role will be measured based on the following parameters: - Contribution to customer projects including quality, SLA adherence, ETA, tickets resolved, problems solved, change requests implemented, customer escalations, and CSAT. - Automation initiatives for process optimization and reduction in the number of raised tickets. - Skill enhancement metrics such as completion of trainings and certifications, and publications in a quarter.
