Overall this position is expected to take the end to end responsibility of Circle MPBN Network planning and economics for PAN India locations. Aims at creating robust MPBN network from One Airtel perspective to provide seamless experience and end to end SLAs To build robust MPBN network to meet Company objective of becoming a prominent player in PACO service by developing scalable/reliable network across PAN India for all business units. To evolve MPBN network architecture, control & review capex, capacities & network performance, manage partners and facilitate governance of Core Networks across India. 1. Packet Core, MPBN,BRAS and TechLAN IP nodes capacity management in line with Business Requirement. Proactive planning for traffic growth Based on Business Projections In time ordering and implementation / rollout 2. Impact analysis & implementation for PS/CS IP (MPBN) nodes. Version upgrades New business features and network features as per business requirement. Troubleshooting 3. Packet Core, MPBN, BRAS, and Techlan IP nodes network design (HLD, LLD). Total experience of 5-8 years Bachelors degree in Electronics & Communications or equivalent. Working knowledge or hands on experience of IP Nodes. Awareness about Telecom Nodes. Knowledge of IP technology like Router, switch, Firewall. Hands on experience of L1 and L2 Level Support and troubleshooting Good communication skills and he should be able to aggressively take proactive measures. Understanding of protection switching at SDH level. CCNA is Plus
