Network Admin

As a Network Engineer at Amdocs, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting the growing network infrastructure. You will work as part of a team dedicated to developing scalable, maintainable, highly available network architectures that align with business objectives and SLAs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Configure, install & troubleshoot various network devices and services such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS, and cloud networking (AWS & Azure). - Perform network maintenance, system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations. - Monitor performance to ensure system availability and reliability, including system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning. - Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve network issues. - Adhere to established configuration and change management policies for successful network infrastructure changes. - Implement security tools, policies, and procedures in collaboration with the company's security team. - Collaborate with vendors and other IT personnel for efficient problem resolution. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven hands-on network engineering experience of 6-8 years. - CCNP certification or higher. - Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model. - Deep knowledge of Routing & Switching. - Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Cisco Routing & Switching platforms, Cloud Networking (AWS & Azure), Cisco Nexus datacenter Family switches, Cisco Wireless Family, Cisco/Checkpoint/FortiGate Firewalls, F5 Load balancers, network analytics tools, and basic UNIX knowledge. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills, comfortable working with diverse teams, clients, and staff across the organization.
