Minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in accounts & finance working in education industry /service industry
Minimum 5 to 8 years Teaching experience in Polytechni or Engineering colleges, industrial experience is added advantage
Plan, implement, and monitor skill development projects under CSR initiatives in alignment with NSDC/MSDC frameworks Liaise with NSDC, MSDC, industry partners, training providers, and NGOs to design and execute impactful skilling programs
To enhance the admissions inthecoreprogramme, To carry out all the marketing activitiespertaining to the Centers,advertisements,School visits etcTo build good digital and social mediaplatformfor admissions generate the digital and non-digital leads.
Manage HR operations including onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance smooth execution of HR processes and employee cycle management, HRMS data accuracy, and statutory reporting Support grievance handling and employee engagement activities
Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on CNC programming, machining, and operations (Turning, Milling, etc.).Train students on CNC machine, Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
Proven experience in service or manufacturing recruitment, Familiar with bulk and niche hiring, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to join immediately or within short notice
