Role & responsibilities We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Coffee Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, knowledgeable about various coffee products, and have excellent sales and customer service skills. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our coffee products to retail customers, cafes, and businesses, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Promotion: Promote and sell coffee products to customers, businesses, and cafes. Educate clients on different coffee blends, brewing methods, and quality features. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base. Upsell and cross-sell coffee products and accessories. Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly. Provide personalized recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about coffee products, trends, and brewing methods. Conduct coffee tastings and demonstrations as needed. Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate sales records and update the customer database. Prepare and submit sales reports. Track sales targets and provide feedback to the sales manager. Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, or the coffee industry preferred. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively. Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn. Other Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. [Drivers license if applicable for field sales roles.]
