NetSuite Integrations & Customization Expert

As a NetSuite Integrations & Customization Expert at Network.com, your role will involve owning and managing NetSuite integrations with external systems such as Salesforce, Shopify, and in-house apps. You will utilize SuiteScript, RESTlets, SuiteTalk, and middleware tools like Celigo or Boomi for seamless integration. Your key responsibilities will include: - Customizing and maintaining SuiteFlow workflows, saved searches, and dashboards. - Configuring and enhancing Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) functionality, including foreign currency enablement and custom ARM flows. - Implementing and managing Advanced Billing, Revenue Management, and other technical modules to streamline financial operations. - Handling approximately 67 NetSuite support tickets per week related to customizations, reporting issues, and data corrections. - Assisting in ongoing customizations such as forms, fields, roles, and permissions. - Building and optimizing financial reports and operational dashboards. - Collaborating closely with finance and operations teams to ensure accounting accuracy and compliance. - Continuously analyzing, troubleshooting, and enhancing NetSuite configurations to improve performance and scalability.
