The firm's International Tax Practice is prominent on the West Coast, and its well-recognized SEC practice serves around 35 public reporting companies, primarily in the technology sector. **Responsibilities:** - Participating in business processes mapping, including process analysis and design, gap analysis, functional system design, and specifications, system configuration, development of system tests, procedures, and documentation. - Analyzing business/technical requirements and objectives, performing fit/gap analysis, and providing recommendations. - Documenting all engagements, including creating design documents, technical specifications, process documentation, specification, system deployment documents, system integration and interface documents, and publishing reports as necessary. - Providing key decision support, monitoring issues and risks, and creating mitigation plans for clients. - Managing a full life cycle NetSuite ERP implementation from a technical, functional, and/or organizational change management perspective. - Leading organizational changes and business process improvements with clients. - Specification development and driving quality, testing, and delivery methodology processes to ensure a successful transition and client satisfaction. - Identifying and minimizing project risks, effectively communicating with team members and clients, and serving as a mentor to junior consultants. **Requirements:** - Experience with NetSuites Services Resource and planning module. - Working knowledge of revenue and project accounting standards such as ASC606 and their impact on NetSuite. - Extensive knowledge of Milestone Billing and Charge-Based Billing. - Knowledge of time entry tied to project records. - Experience with Project Progress-based Revenue Recognition and Sales order with Projects. - Experience with work breakdown structure (nice to have).
