Job Responsibility: Actively identify and bid on relevant projects across online bidding platforms (e.g. Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH) using company accounts Draft compelling, customized proposals tailored to client requirements Engage with clients to understand project scope, negotiate terms, and drive conversion from bid to contract Manage and optimize company profile/accounts on bidding portals to improve visibility and win rate Collaborate with internal teams (development, marketing, finance) to align proposals with delivery capabilities and timelines Conduct market and competitor research to refine bid strategy and improve success rates Maintain accurate documentation of bidding activity and generate regular performance reports for leadership review Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline (preferred) Demonstrated experience in online bidding platforms and business development within specified experience range. Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Excellent proposal writing, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities. Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
