We integrate into our clients value chains meeting project needs, supporting resource ramp-up, providing functional or technical expertise that support achieving transformation goals within the expected deadlines or taking on entire end-to-end projects (installation and integration of new solutions, upgrade projects, migration, or massive evolution of existing solutions).

Who we are looking for

NetReveal Business Consultant

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting complex IT and compliance projects involving NetReveal modules (AML, CDD/KYC, WLM, Queuing & Routing, Command & Control and Case Management), driving functional analysis, and ensuring the successful translation of business needs into high-quality functional deliverables.

You will lead requirement-gathering activities, assess and consolidate user needs, and support the planning and execution of client-side project activities.

(Note: this role does not involve legal consulting)

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business, compliance, and operations teams to gather, analyse, and document requirements for NetReveal modules.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and functional walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Consolidate and translate user needs into clear, structured Functional Analysis or FSD documents.
• Analyse client processes to identify gaps, areas for optimization, and alignment with business objectives.
• Support data analysis for scenario tuning, alert quality improvements, and financial-crime reporting needs.
• Define and support testing strategies, including functional testing, scenario validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Present project progress, and results to key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• BE/MSc in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Computer Science, Economics.
• Strong understanding of AML regulations and fundamental AntiFinancial Crime principles.
• Proven experience (min. 4 years) in IT consulting, with a focus on functional analysis, requirements gathering, and testing of

  NetReveal

  modules (WLM, CDD, AML, Command & Control Reports, Queuing & Routing, Case Management etc).
• Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams in a financial crime or compliance environment.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
