.NET Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and writing code for complex systems that meet project specifications and guidelines. You will write programs that work across multiple platforms and provide innovative ideas and solutions to the organization. Your role will involve offering input to drive adherence to programming and development standards, consulting on database set-up, leading project level database design, and coordinating with others on architectural standards. Additionally, you will consult on integration issues, manage architectural integrity, review code of other Software Engineers, and analyze existing code for enhancements or new programs. You will also be responsible for writing technical documentation, reviewing specifications, performing unit testing, and working with the team to resolve problems. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and write code for complex systems - Write programs for multiple platforms - Offer innovative ideas and solutions - Drive adherence to programming and development standards - Consult on database set-up and lead project level database design - Coordinate with others on architectural standards - Consult on integration issues - Manage architectural integrity and technical debt - Review code of other Software Engineers - Analyze existing code for enhancements or new programs - Write technical documentation - Review technical specifications - Perform unit testing and complex debugging - Work with team to resolve problems - Ensure appropriate testing is completed by the team Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant work experience - 5+ years of experience in Agile and/or iterative development environment - Experience with AWS and migrating platforms to utilize AWS infrastructure - Experience with front end technologies like React - Ability to apply OOD in .NET C#, HTML, JavaScript, Design Patterns - Basic understanding of web services - Experience using GIT in development workflow - Knowledge of web development methodologies (primarily Agile/Scrum), application design, navigation, and information architecture - Basic database design and SQL query language knowledge - Ability to define requirements and functional specifications for applications - Ability to establish effective working relationships and collaborate with team members and leadership - Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism in an interrupt-driven environment - Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks and embrace change,
