.NET Software Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a strong Full Stack .NET Developer who can take complete ownership of the product from requirement gathering to delivery and post-release improvements. This role is ideal for someone who understands business logic, can talk to stakeholders, convert problems into technical solutions, and build reliable, scalable applications independently.

This is a hands-on developer role, not a product manager role, but the candidate must think and operate like a product owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of product modules or features including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  
• Build high-quality applications using .NET Core, C#, Web API, and front-end frameworks.
  
• Understand business needs directly from stakeholders and convert them into technical solutions without dependency on a product manager.
  
• Prioritize features, break down requirements, and plan deliveries independently.
  
• Design scalable architecture and ensure clean, maintainable code.
  
• Build intuitive, responsive front-end interfaces (React, Angular, or Vue).
  
• Manage the entire development lifecycle and ensure smooth releases.
  
• Continuously improve the product based on user feedback and usage data.
  
• Own technical documentation, workflows, and system improvements.
  
• Identify product gaps and bring proactive ideas to enhance performance, UX, and functionality.
  

Required Technical Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core or ASP.NET Core, C#, and REST APIs.
  
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
  
• Good exposure to SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  
• Familiarity with Entity Framework, microservices, caching, and asynchronous programming.
  
• Strong understanding of application security, performance optimization, and scalability.
  
• Exposure to CI or CD tools, Git, pipelines, and DevOps workflows.
  
• Experience with unit testing and automation frameworks.

• Ability to think beyond code and understand business workflows and how users interact with the product.
  
• Experience gathering requirements directly from users, stakeholders, or leadership.
  
• Capability to define product features, prioritise tasks, and manage releases independently.
  
• Strong sense of ownership and treating the product as your own.
  
• Ability to conduct usability checks, troubleshoot user issues, and drive enhancements.
  
• Experience in drafting user stories, workflows, or basic product documentation.

Preferred Qualifications
