We are looking for a .NET Lead with 8-15 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development and will be responsible for leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining .NET applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance product development.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (Git, SVN).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
