Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement AI agents/plugins/interfaces and APIs, ensuring seamless integration with various systems in alignment with the core product/platform development strategy. - Estimate and manage technical efforts, including work breakdown structures, risks, and solutions, while following development methodologies and KPIs. - Foster effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, proactively manage expectations, and collaborate on problem-solving. - Contribute to refining development/engineering methodologies and standards, anticipate potential issues, and lead the resolution process.
