You should have 5 to 7 years of experience and be proficient in .NET, C# programming, SQL server, AngularJS, Web API, ReactJs, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript. Strong Object-Oriented design and analysis skills are required. You must possess excellent debugging skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues involving multiple system components. It's essential that you can design, develop, and implement high-quality code efficiently and also lead others in the process. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with experience in Onsite/offshore model and Agile methodology. Prior experience in a technical leadership position is preferred. Your responsibilities will include understanding and developing technical solutions for complex problems that require logical thinking, reasoning, and ingenuity. You should be able to effectively lead a team, participate in peer-reviews of solution designs, code review, and analysis, and provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. Collaboration with project managers, business analysts, and customers to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery is expected.
