Experience:7+Years Category: Software Development/Architect Employment Type: Full Time. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and architecture of scalable and high-performance .NET-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and operations) to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions. Architect both front-end and back-end components using the latest .NET technologies, including but not limited to .NET Core, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, C#, JavaScript, and Angular Framework. Establish coding standards and best practices to maintain high quality across the entire stack. Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in security, performance, and scalability are followed. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. Troubleshoot complex application issues, optimize performance, and manage deployment processes. Ensure the architecture is adaptable and easy to maintain as the business evolves. Engage in research and development of new technologies to continuously improve the development process and product performance. Develop and manage the integration of third-party services and APIs. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Architect, with a strong background in .NET technologies (e.g., C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Entity Framework). Proficient in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular. Extensive experience with SQL Server, database design, and query optimization. Familiarity in Azure and Docker. Expertise in RESTful APIs, Web Services, and microservices architecture. Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps). Knowledge of version control systems (Git). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. Solid understanding of security best practices and web application vulnerabilities. Ability to provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers. Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Personal Attributes: Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
