.Net Core Lead

Role Overview: As a Net Technical Lead, you will be responsible for building Net applications and leading development teams. You will leverage your knowledge and skills with Net technologies to provide input into the architecture and design phases of development projects throughout the product development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze user requirements and envision system features and functionality - Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Net code by setting expectations and feature priorities throughout the development life cycle - Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and recommend system solutions by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of custom development - Contribute to team meetings, troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms - Understand Architecture Requirements and ensure effective Design Development Validation and Support activities Qualification Required: - Minimum 5 years of relevant Net experience with team handling experience - Design experience using best practices, Design Patterns, SDLC, OOP, OOD - Experience in leading and mentoring teams - Experience in developing applications using SQL databases schema and SQL queries - Experience in GIT and version control systems - Skilled in Database constructs, schema design, SQL Server or Oracle SQL Queries, query optimization - Hands-on experience in MSTest or NUnit, Mocking frameworks, Jasmine, Karma, Cucumber - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming - Experience with both external and embedded databases - Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes - Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests Additional Company Details: Good verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective communication with remote teams. High flexibility to travel is required. Strong analytical, logical skills, and team-leading skills are preferred.
