Role Overview: As a Backend Senior Developer at GlobalLogic, you will be a key part of the AGILE development team responsible for building and maintaining enterprise-grade automation software in the banking and F&I industries. Your primary role will involve creating and maintaining cloud-based applications, web-based applications, and communication services. You will be expected to deliver performant, secure, and efficient solutions while providing innovative solutions to common business scenarios and leveraging the latest technologies to enhance the value of the OpCon automation platform. Key Responsibilities: - Work with the team to consistently deliver technical solutions while maintaining the highest standards of code quality. - Collaborate with teammates to design, implement, deliver, and test backend code. - Write and maintain unit tests and automated integration tests. - Create and maintain specification documents. - Develop scalable, performant services to meet enterprise-scale requirements. - Contribute to team-wide tooling to automate the development lifecycle. - Conduct peer software reviews to enforce coding standards. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as part of the ISO 27001:2013 Certification program. - Maintain a positive work atmosphere by effectively communicating and collaborating with customers, clients, co-workers, and management. - Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualification Required: - 4+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer - Proficiency in .NET, C#, and SQL - Expertise in Restful APIs and Kubernetes - Nice to have experience with various Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Container Instances, Azure AD, and more - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes - Knowledge of testing technologies like Cypress and Selenium - Experience with source control technologies such as Git, GitHub, or Azure Repos Additional Details about GlobalLogic: GlobalLogic prioritizes a culture of caring where people come first.
