.NET application migration

You will be responsible for leading and executing the migration of existing .NET applications to new environments, which may include migration to cloud platforms. Your main duties will include evaluating existing applications, defining migration strategies, developing detailed plans, executing migration processes, conducting testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating with stakeholders, creating documentation, and contributing to the development of best practices for future migrations. To excel in this role, you should have deep knowledge of .NET Framework and modern .NET platforms, experience with migration tools, proficiency in C#, familiarity with database migration, and knowledge of cloud platforms. Additionally, you should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Ideally, you should have at least 5 years of experience in application migration.
