We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as International Tech Support Voice Representatives. Job Description: Patient Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing assistance, information, and guidance with empathy and professionalism. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate patient appointments, surgeries, and consultations efficiently, ensuring optimal scheduling and minimal wait times. Registration and Documentation: Facilitate patient registration processes, including verifying personal and insurance information, and ensuring accurate documentation. Billing and Payments: Assist patients with billing inquiries, explain financial policies, and facilitate payment processing in compliance with hospital procedures. Customer Assistance: Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction. Coordination with Medical Staff: Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care and smooth operational workflows. Patient Advocacy: Advocate for patients' needs and rights, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and attention. Healthcare Information: Provide information about hospital services, medical specialties, facilities, and healthcare professionals to patients and their families. Quality Assurance: Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and feedback, contributing to ongoing quality improvement initiatives. Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions and communications. Requirements: UnderGraduate Graduate in any field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bengali (additional languages a plus). Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient-centric approach. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using healthcare information systems and patient management software is an advantage. Commitment to confidentiality, patient privacy, and ethical conduct.
