Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications. Allocate manpower, materials, and machines efficiently. Train and guide production staff for safe and efficient operations. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods. Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for smooth workflow. Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance productivity and reduce wastage. Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols and company policies. Prepare and submit production reports to management. Experience & Qualifications Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering (preferred). 2–3 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in modular construction, partitions, or cleanroom-related manufacturing. Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing practices. Hands-on experience with factory operations, machinery, and materials handling. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage teams and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
