As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales through dealer networks, project leads, and architect engagement within your territory. This role requires strong market research, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills to expand Neotra’s presence across untapped markets and projects. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, projects (including government), and business opportunities. Build and manage a robust dealer and distribution network for Neotra’s premium product portfolio. Drive project-based sales by engaging with architects, interior designers, consultants, PMCs, and real estate developers. Establish a strong architect and designer network within the assigned territory. Focus on business development by tapping into new market segments and expanding Neotra’s footprint. Plan and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets and deadlines. Maintain an organized CRM or prospect database for lead tracking and pipeline visibility. Build long-term trust and brand preference among influencers and customers through regular engagement and product education. Deliver consistent performance and reports in sync with organizational goals. Perform other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: • Any Graduate from a recognized university. • Part Time M.B.A. / Full Time in Marketing from a recognized university.
