We are looking for a motivated, result-oriented Sponsorship Manager with a strong network in IT and ITES brands . The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of experience in securing sponsorships for events, expos, or conferences — someone who’s not afraid to reach out, follow up, and close the deal. This role is a key driver for generating revenue and growing our portfolio by securing sponsorships from leading IT companies. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Develop and execute sponsorship sales strategies to maximize revenue. ✅ Identify and reach out to prospective IT and ITES brands to sponsor our events. ✅ Utilize your industry network and relationships to facilitate introductions and close sponsorship deals. ✅ Manage at least 100 cold outreaches daily (calls, emails, messages) to generate new leads. ✅ Prepare and customize sponsorship proposals and decks. ✅ Maintain a clear pipeline of prospective clients and follow up regularly. ✅ Provide periodic reports on sales progress and forecasts. ✅ Work closely with the team to align sponsorship packages with event goals. ✅ Develop and grow long-term relationships with key clients. Requirements: ✅ At least 3 years of experience in securing sponsorships for events, especially with IT and ITES companies. ✅ An established network and strong relationships within the IT/ITES industry. ✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ✅ Ability to work independently with a strong, results-oriented approach. ✅ Self-motivated, aggressive, and persistent in securing new business. ✅ Familiarity with digital tools (Apollo, email campaigns, phone calling, etc.).
