Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Handle inbound leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, and calls. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Explain packages, offers, and services confidently to clients. Manage client relations before, during, and after the shoot. Upsell additional products/services (albums, frames, home shoots). Maintain follow-up and track payments. Ensure smooth customer experience from booking to delivery.
