Your proficiency in neonatal resuscitation is essential for providing immediate life-saving care to newborns, along with skilled patient monitoring to assess vital signs and overall health continuously. Expertise in NICU care is a mandatory skill to effectively manage and support critically ill newborn infants. Additionally, your competence in IV therapy, ventilator management, medication administration, care planning, and family counseling will be crucial for the comprehensive treatment and support provided to neonates and their families. Your roles and responsibilities will include monitoring the health status of infants in the NICU through regular evaluations, administering life-saving resuscitation techniques in critical situations, managing care and treatment plans for infants with severe medical conditions, operating and managing advanced equipment like ventilators, ensuring accurate medication administration, collaborating with a multidisciplinary medical team to implement individualized care plans, educating and supporting families emotionally, and maintaining accurate medical records for each infant's care and progress.
