About Us NeoKriti is a fast-growing women’s wear B2B brand supplying high-quality fashion products to boutiques, wholesalers, and retailers. We are expanding our sales team and looking for an energetic sales closer who can convert leads into confirmed orders. Key Responsibilities Handle daily incoming leads (via call, WhatsApp, and email). Present company catalog and explain product USP. Manage client objections (MOQ, pricing, delivery, etc.). Close deals with distributors/retailers and confirm orders. Maintain sales pipeline and regular reporting. Consistently achieve monthly sales targets. Requirements Minimum 1 year of sales experience (B2B / FMCG / Garments preferred). Strong communication skills (Hindi + Gujarati; basic English is sufficient). Strong negotiation and convincing skills. Confident, goal-oriented, and result-driven personality. Female candidates preferred (better connect in women’s fashion), but male candidates may also appl y. Based in Ahmedabad (preferred).
