We are now expanding our creative team and looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to bring our brand vision to life! Job Role / Category: E-commerce Operations & Order Management Roles & Responsibilities: Manage daily operations for e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, 1MG, etc.) Process and track customer orders, returns, and exchanges Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely deliveries Maintain inventory records and stock updates Assist in product listings, content updates, and price checks Monitor platform dashboards for alerts and performance metrics Handle basic customer queries related to orders and shipments Support in generating sales and operations reports Required Skills: Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.) Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets Good communication & coordination skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn Eligibility: Graduates / Final-year students / Freshers interested in e-commerce operations.
