Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented MEP Tendering Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and managing the entire MEP tendering process. This includes developing technical and commercial proposals, analyzing bids, and ensuring all submissions meet the project and client requirements. Key Responsibilities Tender Preparation: Coordinate and prepare complete MEP tender documents, covering both technical and commercial proposals. Bid Management: Manage the full bid process for MEP projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission. Technical Proposal Development: Craft detailed, clear, and compelling technical narratives for MEP systems, highlighting methodologies and engineering solutions. Commercial Analysis: Evaluate commercial elements of tenders, including cost structures, contract terms, and pricing strategies. Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks in the bidding process and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders such as project managers, procurement teams, and execution teams to gather accurate inputs for tenders. Client Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their specific MEP requirements and offer tailored solutions. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelors or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering. Proven experience in MEP tendering or execution roles. Strong command of technical writing and proposal development. Sound commercial acumen and understanding of tendering principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
