Follow up with teams, vendors, and partners; track reminders and updates without founder intervention 4. Take ownership of recurring tasks, checklists, and routine updates; support delegation to junior team members 5. Summarise markets, policy updates, meetings, and organisational priorities; surface actionable insights 6. Assist in organisation-building: processes, workflows, knowledge systems, onboarding, and management training 7. About the job: You will be the backbone of our research operations, building and automating systems that transform raw data into insights for decision makers. This role combines technical problem-solving with applied public policy work- working at the intersection of data, governance, and impact. Key Responsibilities: 1.
