NEET/JEE Faculty Physics / Chemistry

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and concept-based lectures for NEET/JEE aspirants. Your role will involve designing and implementing lesson plans that align with the exam syllabus, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, tests, and assessments, as well as tracking student progress to provide personalized academic support. Additionally, you will be expected to develop high-quality content for classroom assignments, test papers, and online modules, while coordinating with academic planners and support staff for class schedules. To excel in this role, you must have a strong command over subject concepts, with a preference for previous experience in NEET/JEE teaching. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with a passion for teaching and mentoring students. Familiarity with the NEET/JEE syllabus and exam patterns, as well as the ability to simplify complex concepts for students, are also key requirements. Desirable qualifications include a track record of student success in NEET/JEE under your mentorship, experience in content creation or publishing, and a willingness to relocate or travel for classroom or residential programs. The compensation for this position includes a competitive salary with performance-based incentives, ranging from 30,000 to 1,00,000+ per month based on your subject expertise, experience, and location.,
