Role & responsibilities :Reporting to HOD for each issue and time to time for the work details Preparation of detailed daily report Company role and contractor role Manpower management as per jobs Communicating with other engineering teams to integrate and improve control systems Store and inventory material management Knowhow of Spares management Knowledge of DCS and PLC and Computer software Knowledge of process optimization Knowledge of Earthing and UPS Knowledge of VFD Knowledge of Safety pertaining to Chemical Industry with respect to Job being carried out Understanding of wiring diagrams, P&ID, JB Schedule, Cable details Knowledge of IQ, OQ and PQ Troubleshooting and preparing the RCA related to faults occurred in System or Instruments Knowledge of Design, Installation, Maintenance, Calibration and Procurement of field instruments like Pressure Gauge, Pressure and DP Transmitter with and without capillary, diaphragm, Orifice, Magnetic Flow meter, Rotameter, Control and On-off valves, RADAR, Ultrasonic, RTD, Thermocouple, pH METER Preferred candidate profile
