We are seeking an experienced SAP Operator (Billing) with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the food industry. The ideal candidate will handle daily billing operations, maintain accurate data in SAP ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Manage daily billing activities in SAP (invoice creation, sales order entry, credit/debit notes). • Ensure accurate and timely generation of customer invoices as per company policies. • Coordinate with sales, dispatch, accounts, and warehouse teams for seamless billing and dispatch operations. • Maintain and update customer master data, price lists, tax details, and product codes. • Monitor and verify dispatch details, GRNs, delivery challans, and stock movements in SAP. • Reconcile billing data with accounts team for daily, weekly, and monthly reports. • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, errors, or system issues. • Support audits by providing required SAP billing reports and documentation. • Ensure compliance with GST, FSSAI, and food industry billing standards. • Provide support in inventory management and back-end SAP entries as required.
