Roles & Responsibility: 1. Monitoring and coordinating, sectional processes, evaluations and plans, and process productivity in accordance with daily/monthly production plans of ETP, RO, and MEE plant. 2. Plan and manage the day-to-day allocation of resources equipment, people, materials, and systems in order to achieve performance target sufficiently, safely and cost effectively. 3. Ensure implementation of operational discipline and HSE procedure and safe work practices during plant operation & raw material handling on the plant floor. 4. Ensuring smooth running the plant & Trouble shooting and resolving operational issues. 5. Preparation of weekly and monthly variance report of operation and Maintenance. 6. Priorities planed & unplanned maintenance activities and Communicate &Coordinate the same with various service Dept. Improving plant reliability by Maintaining better Health of Plant Equipment's.
