Role & responsibilities Greet Visitors, answer Phones, manage incoming and outgoing mail and maintain a tidy presentable reception area. Handle guest inquiries, register guests, provide information on services and resolve complaints or special requests. Coordinate and arrange travel for guests or employees, including flights, accommodations and transportation. Coordinate with the housekeeping department to ensure cleanliness and manage general office. Oversee driver schedules, ensure efficient vehicle utilization and manage transportion logistics for staff or clients. Process invoices, manage accounts and billing, track expenditure Maintain accurate and updated records, including employee contact list internal directories and guest information.
