Role & responsibilities : Project execution: Performance of the corresponding expected synthetic work to successfully achieve the required goals: Reaction setting Work-up Analyses measure and interpretation (expected) Compilation of all the required information in accordance to companys SOP Information to the project leader about potential/current problems during project development Taking additional responsibilities like maintenance of lab equipment's Handling projects with minimum guidance Trouble shooting skills in the synthesis Training and guiding juniors Preferred candidate profile MSc (Organic Chemistry). 0-3 years industrial experience with Process organic chemistry background Experience in multi-step organic synthesis. state-of-the-art scientific knowledge in technical background for synthesis and purification methods Good in English written and spoken recommendable Having enthusiasm to work in international environment and if required flexible to move abroad for short or long-time work. Willingness to learn HPLC, LCMS and NMR data recording Perks and benefits
